We think there is a better path: one AI agent that sells and supports on website chat and email — plus phone and SMS on the Growth plan (US and Canadian numbers; European numbers coming soon) — says plainly where your data is stored and processed, and is honest about what it can and cannot do. daita is that flagship product — and we bring the same AI-native craft to the software, data and security work European companies need.

We build with coding agents and embed AI inside the product — not bolted on afterwards.
Built in Munich, honest about the rest
Conversation data is stored in the EU; the app servers, the AI model, voice transcription and file attachments currently run in the US under EU Standard Contractual Clauses — we name them instead of burying them. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) on request, on every plan, and the assistant always says it is an AI (EU AI Act, Art. 50). Extras that route further out, like live speech-to-speech voice, stay opt-in.
